I opened an account with Crown trophies a week ago. I gave them all the secure information needed. I then purchased 18 trophies for a girls volleyball team. This was a donation. I found out today one of the trophies was unassembled and missing parts. I know this because the school contacted me. Next the school asked me for my account number. I told the school I would take care of it. The school replied it was already handled. Then I received an email from Crown trophies that somebody had accessed my account. Then I saw a shipping cost of $37. I don't know how an unauthorized person was allowed to allowed to access my private information . This is unacceptable! I immediately called Crown, and they blamed it on new hire . Don't know if my info has been compromised
